A COMPLEMENTARY WORKSHOP
This workshop is taking a deep and different look at time as a way of experiencing balance and fulfillment in our lives. We will approach time and time management in a fun and unusual way, letting go of endless task-lists, shortcuts and “time guilt”, and embrace true balance and productivity. This workshop is for you to slow down, reset and connect with likeminded members of our community, in a dynamic, shared and uplifting setting. Each participant will have an opportunity to explore their unique relationship with time, how they currently use it and what they want to change and how to do that. My own relationship with time used to be fraught with endless lists, always feeling behind, beating myself up about what I wasn’t getting done and not allowing myself space for what I wanted to do. It was an endless cycle of uninspired hamster wheel spinning. Sure, I was “getting stuff done”, but I wasn’t feeling progress or aliveness. And I could feel it – that I kept putting more on the list to keep me on the wheel for a variety of reasons (we’ll talk about that on November 5th!) – and yet I knew there was much more important things I wasn’t getting to. I am so excited to be sharing with you what I've learned to work for myself and what has been highly impactful for my clients, in one of my favorite ways - live and interactive in a group setting. Some of the questions we will dive into are:
What have I been wanting to have time for in my life, but never seem to get there?
What is my relationship to time and what I accomplish in my life?
What is my biggest challenge around time and how would my life be different if this challenge was gone?
Participants will also have a powerful experience of being coached in a group setting.
